This was my entry in the British Society of Underwater Photographers Ap[rril completion where the theme was 'Shallow depth of field'
I haven't gone out of my way to create a shallow depth of field. It just happens to be in this shot due to using a macro lens on a tiny subject. In this case it is the tiniest amphipod crustacean Impimedioa obessa.
