British Wide Angle 'Commended'
Without doubt this is my favourite image that I took during 2017. It is sturgeon from Capernwray in Lancashire feeding in a cloud of silt.
It is pleasing that the judges in the UPY 2018 completion also liked it and included it in their top 10 - in the British Wide Angle category. I also had two successful images in the British Macro category but this fish behaviour shot was a more fun and rewarding to take.
