A poor cod - with not one, but two hangers on.
Fish with parasites seem to be a more common sighting on my dives in the last few years. It may be a sign of something unhealthy taking place in our seas.
Here we have a poor cod with a big female and smaller male cymothid attached. They are parasitic isopod crustaceans.
Seen on fish on the boiler of the Glen Strathallen wreck in Plymouth.
