Trout against the winter sun - January 2018
1st dive of 2018, at Capernwray
In early January I headed for Capernwray quarry in Lancashire. This is one of Capernwray's big trout - shot against a low winter sun.
This photo is from testing a new camera to see how well it copes with shooting in to the sun. Highlights from the sun ball appear well controlled, leaving me hopeful for more succesful shooting against the light this season. It's also nice just to get out and carry on diving through the winter.
Nikon D850 and Sigma 15mm with twin Inon S2000 flashguns.
